How I Work

A whole-person approach to health.

My work is rooted in Chinese Medicine and integrates acupuncture, counselling-informed support and lifestyle guidance. Rather than offering one-size fits all treatments, each session is adapted to your individual needs, symptoms and experiences.

This approach aims to:

– Support both physical and emotional wellbeing

– Work gently with the nervous system

– Explore wider patterns that may be contributing to symptoms

– Encourage longer-term balance, not just short term relief

Treatment is collaborative, respectful and paced to feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
